weird shadow line on my monitor

Looks like burn-in to me my dude, otherwise it might have been some strain on the display in that corner at some point

Shine a light at it when it is off.
Is it still there? What does it look like?

If it has a tint it is most likely something inside the panel like burn in
To me this looks more like surface scratching. I have no idea how one would do that but i'd image there are ways to polish that out somewhat. Just don't got at it mindlessly with a piece of cloth.

ive cleaned it it still does it put only it is more noticeable sometimes when i play a game on my pc i can't see it but when im on my ps4  playing red dead i see it allot more

now im playing skyrim and looking at bright colors when the line likes to come out i see it on skyrim you really have to look
