Looks legit and looks like it works (assuming you have a fast enough connection).

Kind of ironic that on the box for your new GPU it has a code for streaming games which I find is mostly aimed at people with shit PCs.

I would steer say a from game streaming services if you have a capable computer. They have some downsides that make it not worth it imo.

It's a gaming "VPN" and it does work in a lot of cases, unless you already have good routing to your favorite games.

I used to use WTFast when I played Final Fantasy XIV on a crap connection when the game server I was on was almost 3000 miles away from me. Their prices went up a couple years ago and I had to use a different service until Square Enix moved the game servers. But it did shave my latency from ~180-300ms down to 140ms. Not ideal but it was a big improvement.

New Build (The Compromise): CPU - i7 9700K @ 5.1Ghz Mobo - ASRock Z390 Taichi | RAM - 16GB G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 3200CL14 @ 3466 14-14-14-30 1T | GPU - ASUS Strix GTX 1080 TI | Cooler - Corsair h100i Pro | SSDs - 500 GB 960 EVO + 500 GB 850 EVO + 1TB MX300 | Case - Coolermaster H500 | PSUEVGA 850 P2 | Monitor - LG 32GK850G-B 144hz 1440p | OSWindows 10 Pro.

Peripherals - Corsair K70 Lux RGB | Corsair Scimitar RGB | Audio-technica ATH M50X + Antlion Modmic 5 |

depends where you live

Same for me, my gf and a friend. We played from Croatia, he played from the Philippines, we were on US server (Ultros). As you say, anoticeable improvement.

Thank you for EU servers with still a shitty backbone.

Most people will say that it doesn't make a difference but it's different for everyone. For some people makes 0 difference.

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Yea I live in the US and was on a NA server (Lamia), but I had a horrible connection at the time with bad wifi as well. WTFast made it so I could actually raid and not be a handicap.

I really have no clue what you just stated there. But the last phrase makes much sense. Just got no clue what wtfast is without a quick search. They lost me at GPN.

Quote

wtfast is a Canadian company that provides an optimized gaming network, also known as the Gamers Private Network (GPN), for MMO, FPS, and MOBA gamers.[1] It is a platform that online gamers use to access gaming servers with an uninterrupted connection.[2][3][4] The company is operated by AAA Internet Publishing, Inc. with headquarters in Kelowna, Canada.[5]

From what I can tell, it's a game streaming service, like Nvidia's Geforce NOW.

Depends where you live and the performance of your PC. It can help, but if you already have a fast connection and computer, it won't do anything but probably make it worse.
