So for first time i'm going to attempt to build my own PC. I have been gaming since 2004 but have only ever bought prebuilts (And Overpaid Hilariously)

 

I have made a list on PCbuilder and am looking for any criticism on my picks to get a better deal or performance.

Looks like you're following a lot of good build advice. Will you overclock your CPU? If not, you won't need the cooler, the stock that comes with the Ryzen 7 is pretty great (and pretty stylish imo)

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I wasn't sure if i was going to overclock but I thought just to have the option in the future I would add the cooler. But I was looking for stylish (Ton of RBG LOL) its going to be a streaming PC setup and prob displayed on cam.

awesome build, but there's a discount on the 860 EVO right now, and it's newer, it's a 50$ difference its up to you.

No I am in fact from Canada haha. Forgot to select country at the top but assumed it was USD anyways. I was told to steer away from EVGA power supplies as they are poorly built. Not sure how true that is but I ended up just avoiding them all together on my build. I am just learning so I appreciate the input.

EVGA 80+ Bronze PSU's are not great that is probably why you were told to avoid them, almost all their 80+ Gold units or better are very high quality. I have had a 550W G2 that was great, and my 750W P2 is almost 3 years old now and running perfectly, I recently also got another 850W P2.
