^This

Also..Hardware Review Sites

PCPERspective has great articles on a wide range of all things tech, like many other hardware reviewers no1 can really point you in ONE direction, there are multiple sources of information to grab.

Find any product name and add review for a google search.

Samsung 840 Pro review - in most articles they would mention the controller.

Then you google that. Samsung have their triple core controller providing better results than their older one.

Look through a few sites, bookmark them and frequently visit them as you'll see they all review similar products but your getting different opinions which is great.

Over time you'll figure out where to go for your information.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Forgot to mention. Watch Linus's videos. There are times where it breaks down which chip on a motherboard does what and goes into the more informative info you're looking for.
