What I'm doing wrong? I need this program to Startup as Administrator but is simply not working

Instead of at startup you need to have it run at log on.

Even with admin privileges you can't run a process without having a user logged on, even with the "run whether logged on or not" box checked.

At least that's what I've experienced.

Changed it to this but it didin't work  still not launching

It should...

If you can double click the program and have it run, then task scheduler should be able to too.

Check all the settings again and make sure the path is correct.

if I double click the program it runs (as administrator) if I press on Run button of the Task: http://prntscr.com/lsv0k2 it runs the program, but when I restart to see if it works it doesn't run the program automatically, I checked the path and is the correct path. Don't know what to do

Well I'm not running the same program you're trying to run, but mine works at log on.

These are my settings:

-when running the task, use the following user account: (my admin account)

-run only when user is logged on

-run with highest privileges

conditions:

-no boxes checked

settings:

-allow task to be run on demand (all other boxes unchecked)

 

Also at actions -> start a program my file path doesn't have quotation marks around it, idk why yours does in your first screenshots.
