Is there anyone one of these that you favor the most? And if so, why? Is it because of the design? OCing? Silent performance? etc.

Direct CU II and Twin Frozer are pretty much the same. However, I like the look of the Twin Fozer more so yeah.

Uh... EVGA for Nvidia, and Sapphire is my favorite AMD GPU manufacturer.

For me it's a tie between MSI and Gigabyte, I voted for MSI tough since I own their products :D

I like Gigabyte's Windforce because it's usually the cheapest (at least where I shop)  :P

I really like Galaxys Hall of Fame Edition GTX 780. I don't know why, but I love white hardware.
