EU4 - want to give it a core to use exclusively (if thats possible) i have a i5 4590 as a cpu

You can pin cores in task manager, but a gpu doesn't really use a core.

 

But cpu pinning normally doesn't help much as the kernel should automatically do this.

But why would you need to do that? Just use CPU affinity
