Slow SSD boot after cloning from HDD

I have recently cloned my hdd to my new ssd, and after that, my boot got way slower.

After the windows logo loading (which is fast), another black loading screen appears, which takes some seconds. It isn't slow, but slower than my hdd and I think this black screen should not be there.
Also, my motherboard logo appears instead of windows' logo on the first loading screen.

What should I do? (I have already formated my old HDD)

i5 7400
GTX 1050ti
8gb ddr4 2400mhz
ssd sandisk plus 480gb
toshipa hdd 1tb

Sorry for the bad English, I'm from Brazil. Thanks!

First of all - if motherboard logo appears instead of windows logo, that means BIOS settings was changed.

Second - clone your system proper way. Use Macrium Reflect rescue USB, boot from USB and then clone system that is not in use.
