Guys is my pc good enough for 3d cad??

i7 8700K RTX2070 16GB 3000MHz RAM. Is this spec good enough for doing 3d work in Solidworks, Blender, AutoCad etc.?

More than enough. 

My "workstation" at work is only a quad core i7 and some low end Quadro of which I use not a single feature over GeForce. Your rig is even overkill for most CAD software. Rendering in Blender is another story though as yours is 'only' a 6core and more cores are always better for rendering. You'll do fine though.

You need at least a 2990WX and 4 Quadros

As someone else said, depends on the size, if you need to do a lot of rendering, and what software

More than enough even my school pc's are pretty good for those programms second gen i5 and intel hd 4000. Ofc more parts need more power but im pretty sure it wont be a problem for you.
