Mac OS high Sierra installer on Mojave un deletable

hi I was going to use the install on another Mac that did not have internet and I ended up not needing it and now when I delete it thru the trash with delete immediately it said install esd.app can't be uninstalled because it is needed by Mac OS, is there any way to delete this?
