Looking for a way to display my cellphone camera on my laptop in real time

I bought a X,Y,Z Axis microscope/telescope cellphone adapter, this way i can capture images from both my telescope and microscope from my cellphone without the need for specialized camera.

 

My goal here is to have my cellphone installed in the support and plugged into my laptop so i can display my cellphone camera in my laptop in a software from which i can record and save mp4 files and so on.

 

Do you know of a way to achieve this? what do you think would be the best way?
