Why is my bf4 running so incredibly horrible with frame rates all over the place is I have an fx6300 and Msi gtx 780 lightning?

what framerates are you getting? what OS are you using?

I'm using windows 7 64 bit but I'm getting like anywhere from 20-90 fps but it fluctuates so quickly and it is unplayable

Unpark your cpu, and install the BF4 DX11 setup, in the original setup of the game, DICE forgot to include the DX setup, so you have to do it manually, I had the same thing with my GTX 680 fixed it by doing these 2 things, however my gpu usage is still only getting into the 50 but I don't get huge frame drops anymore hope this helped!
