Looking for a 4K HDR Monitor

Hey dudes, so I have an issue. I am looking for a 700-800 dollar monitor. (I am in Malaysia btw). But has to have HDR, 4K and has to have a decent refresh rate? Here's the thing. This build that I am making is for a friend who is productive and would like to do some gaming too. So HDR and 4K is a must but I don't see any monitors with GSync that cost less than 1.6K usd. The build will include a 2080 which will be great for 4K gaming. I am just worried about screen tearing. Is there anyone that could advise me on what to look for for the gaming aspect of the monitor? Maybe I can get by without Gsync? Would really appreciate some advice.

4k60 is possible at that price, but not anything above that.

Yes, I have 9 monitors.

My main PC (Hybrid Windows 10/Arch Linux):

OS: Arch Linux w/ XFCE DE (VFIO-Patched Kernel) as host OS, windows 10 as guest

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X w/PBO on (6c 12t for host, 6c 12t for guest)

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Details: 12GB ram, GTX 1080, USB card passed through to windows 10 VM. VM's OS drive is the SATA SSD. Rest of resources are for Plex, Duplicati, Spaghettidetective, Nextcloud, and game servers.

actually they do have HDR

they aren't in your budget and aren't practical though.
