Clear Glass?

What happened to clear glass? I want to do a cotton candy build but the tint they put on these tempered glass cases would ruin the pastel colors. Anyone got any suggestions as far as cases for this build? I even emailed Phanteks and they literally said every case they have has tinted glass.

tempered and tinted glass is the standard. Though, I think the Fractal Design Meshify C (NON TG VERISION!) has clear glass

Yeah I noticed quite a few "lower" end ones had a few clear options. The white doesn't look like it's clear and I don't want a black case otherwise my 750D would be perfect. About to see if I can somehow replace the glass on an enthoo evolve.

Thats gonna be a very difficult case mod in my opinion. I wouldn't call the meshify C low end, but I think fractal design does have premium stuff with clear glass, though you should look.

welllllllllll thats also a picture. Not real life. Pictures are great, don't get me wrong not the best reference, real life is.

You're right, going to order the same parts I was going to for the pink/blue build, if it looks bad I will just make it white/grey. Save me a lot of time making custom cabling and spray painting my af/sp120's

I've heard that case doesn't have much room for cable managment. Also, painting fans is gonna impact how they spin and their cooling, I'm gonna assume you know that.

AF and SP series have detachable rings that come in 3 different colors which a lot of people just sand them down and spraypaint.

You're probably better at fan modding, so I assume you're good at evenly coating so the weight isn't off

If you get a case that uses flat glass with only few holes drilled in it, you could just replace the glass with custom made tempered glass. It will be a bit costly but it will get you what you want. You might even get lucky and be able to sell the original glass, using the shipping materials used to ship the custom glass.
