So I’ve been wanting to buy a monitor. I’m on a very low budget. I’m looking for 1080p 144Hz IPS display. Which monitor would be best? And I use nVidia GPU. So Freesync is out of the question.

You're on a very low budget so G-Sync is out of the question too then.

G-sync 144Hz panels tend to be expensive but here are your G-sync and non G-sync or Free-sync monitor options:

I recommend the BenQ XL2411 or the Asus VG248QE. That said I'm not sure what your 'very low budget' is.

Are VA panels OK? Or do they have backlight bleeding problems?
