Best performing RTX2080

I haven’t been following to much, but what brand is leading the pack for best performing rtx 2080 for quality and price to performance. Looking to upgrade from a 970 and will be using it for streaming games and VR.

It's all pretty much the same once you overclock it yourself.

Don't buy a card because it has a higher factory OC.

Buy a card with a good warranty and good cooler.

Get a 1080 TI. cheaper, and actually works. doesnt burn out like the 20 series cards have been doing of recent

I highly suggest you look for a 1080Ti instead.
