Laptop 100% CPU 100% SSD usage HELP!

Please help me out you kind people! HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM?? 

 

I have constant spikes or they just run like that all for extended period of time. I've upgraded from HDD to SSD but this issue wont leave me.

Just re-installed Windows.

Stop using Edge.

The other CPU thing is Windows Update.
