Need suggestions on den entertainment system build

The budget is $1600.00,my uncle is clearing up a room to make a man cave. 

I, him and his son was thinking to use the system for movies, games and a driving simulator. 

We intend to use either 4 20inch va monitors or a 42inch curved TV from Samsung. 

My uncle will be paying for the TV, sound system and simulation controllers,so the budget must cover the system build the os and keyboard and mouse.

PS: anything but Intel 9th gen(not value for money)

Well some of 9th gen gives decent performance for your money. However I’d probably go with an R5 2600 build. You didn’t mention the resolution of the monitors or TV, or what games you’ll be playing. That will play the biggest factor in the GPU and pretty much everything else you need for the system. Also how big/small you want it to be. If you want a tiny build then that will restrict the MoBo and GPU options as well

 Ah sorry the TV is a 4k model or we'll have to use 4 1080p va monitors

Does size of the PC matter? Do you want wireless or wired keyboard/mouse

Well we don't mind atx cos we could always upgrade, I was thinking the meshify c for better ventilation

Edit wired is fine.
