24pin ATX slim profile or 90 degree adapter???

5CarPileup

I have an hp desktop that will just barely fit a short 1060 6gb.... only if I can find the right adapter. The 24 pin connection on the motherboard is situated where the gpu shores just over laps. I know there are 90 degree connectors for 24pin, but looking at the pin layout they all seem to point in the wrong direction. I need it to face away from the board (90 degrees away from the latch) because otherwise it gets blocked by the usb 3.0 header cable and audio pin out. Or is there some 24 pin atx slim connector extension cable set that would work. Everything I’ve found is the standard depth which is essentially 3/4  ” tip to top of the wiring harness (sorry didn’t have a metric ruler). I need an extra 1/4”. Maybe a little less than that.

TIA!!!

BTW, I’m an advanced system builder with a lot of experience. I will be replacing the stock 130 watt psu with something that can handle it. This is not for me, I swapped out some parts and I’m wanting to sell it for a little profit. Just trying to make the most of my investment.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
