Might be something to do with the mobile version

It's not a problem, it's a feature. It shows based on screen resolution. So nope on mobile and also desktops using increased xoom and/or scaling.

Well, the scaling is an intentional thing (a feature), but the fact that needing to scale results in not being able to access this option is not intentional, just an unfortunate side-effect.  If there was a way to add a button that lets you expand the toolbar to show all options, that would be nice.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Or have it actually scale too. I have enough space for 2 dropdowns.
