How is "Quick App" able to run app without even instaling them ?

How is that "Quick Apps" App able to run Apps without instaling it ?

- Havent been able to run it, although "update process" shows its being installed and updated regularly...

- how do they "compete" in terms of feature and speed to "regular" Google apps ?

How would one programer create such app ?

Is it the end of other playstore apps ?

Which Os or devices can run them ?
