Best Laptop for $1000

I am looking for a new laptop that is the best bang for the buck performance. The laptop can be more than $1000, but I would prefer if it wasn't much more. I would like for it to be under 4 pounds, no bigger than 15" and the minimum specs are; Intel Core i5 (Or Equivalent) (Or Higher), 8GB of RAM (Or Higher), At least a 256gb ssd (Or Higher), and a decent graphics card (GTX 1050 is wanted, but not needed if there is a better option).

Finding a gaming laptop for under around 1000 thats also thin and light is pretty rare.

Where are you from? Prefer how many hours of battery life?

Acer Nitro 5, Dell G3 to the G7 have options in this range and Lenovo Legion Y530 has stuff in this range as well and can be custom ordered.
