Rad fans

What fans are better, the Ek  f3-120 vardars, or the noiseblocker eloop ITR-B12-P, or are there better alternatives?

The EK most likely has better CFM and static pressure, but Noiseblocker will be quieter.

You could also look at Noctua's new NF-A12x25.

I second that. Those Noctuas are pretty insane and the industrial version doesn't come with the kind of specia Noctua colors. The 2000rpm PWM NF-F12 comes with 3.94mm H20 and the 3000rpm PWM version with staggering 7.63mm H20. I know of no other fans that surpass those values. Even the max air volume is pretty high with 121.8 m³/h or 186.7m³/h for the higher rpm version. They won't come cheap though so if you can get the EK Vardar for significantly less you can go for those as well.

Stop looking at the numbers of fans that max out at 2000+ rpm. That fan speeds is nobody running them at!

Read reviews!
Best fans would be the NF-A12x25 regarding cooling over noise. Vardars are good but not super quiet. The eLoops are great fans, BUT are aweful if running with anything within the first 15mm of the intake (grills, mesh, rads,...). So eLoops only if you can run them in push on the rad and the intake is not blocked.
