When will they release and is it worth paying the premium for? 

Also should i wait to get one of them or get a 1080ti now?

Probably not till nect year at the soonest

BUT: Potentially In august? (This is a rumor, whereas the above was a direct statement from Nvidia)

It really depends on whether or not you desperately need a new graphics card. On June 5, Nvidia’s own CEO Jensen Huang threw everything up in the air when he said we wouldn’t see the next GeForce GPU for “a long time” at this year’s Computex. He wouldn’t be drawn on exactly how long “a long time” actually meant, but it certainly doesn’t sound like Turing will be here in just a couple of months time.

Nvidia is famous for silent releases. I won't buy a card atleast until July 30 th rumoured announcement.
