Yes, the Corsair H45 is compatible with LGA 1151 so it will work.

It will work, although a good air cooler would actually perform better than most 120mm AIOs.

What PSU are you using? Exact model number.

 

As Crunchy Dragon said, you can get a good air cooler that will perform the same as or better than the H45.
