For future reference: You can download the proper full ISO from Microsoft via browser by setting the 'User Agent' to Chrome - Mac or  Chrome - Linux and going to the Windows 10 ISO download page, this lets you avoid the crappy media creation tool. Changing the user agent in Chrome is done by Right clicking -> Inspect -> Network conditions (found under the 3 dot menu -> tools near the exit button for the inspector).
