Seting up dual monitors and TV single computer.

So I have two monitors one in horizontal and another in vertical at my desk that I want to use together. There are times though when I want to be sitting on the couch and play games on the TV. I was wondering the best way to set it up so that I can easily switch from the dual monitors over to the single display on the TV.

Hmmmm hdmi splitter with the main monitor and tv?

It's not like I don't have enough ports. I can connect everything to the GPU as is. I'm trying to figure out a way to switch from using the two monitors to just using the single TV.
