[Looking for PC speakers]

Evvii

So, I have a monitor with speakers built-in. However, I wanna upgrade, for movies / console gaming. I haven't yet got a TV as I am saving up, although I am willing to buy a pair of speakers that will do a lot better in sound.

The monitor i have is the Asus vg248qe.

Not sure what type of speaker "sound" i am looking for, just something that has a bigger boost in quality and such. The most amount I'll spend is 100$

Any help would be nice > . <

I got no idea where I'd put all those extra speakers haha xD. I never had a surround sound before. So i'm assuming, that 2 speaker in front would go in the middle of my monitor, and the other 2 speakers on left - right. However, the last other 2 speakers would go, perhaps behind me on the wall?

those r only 2.1 your would want 5.1 on the ones we posted it is cheaper and you don't have to use all the speakers except two and base.

I see, I just seen that on a youtube vid, where they would only show those 3 lol.

So, if I were to get these. Do I need to buy any specific wires that would hook up to the pc or monitor? I also have a DAC/AMP type of thing called Schiit Fulla. Idk if I can use  that to connect to it.

i have these, https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/speakers/stereo_speakers/companion-2-series-iii-multimedia-speaker-system.html#v=companion2_black , and the sound quality is AMAZING. for 99.95, it seems like a pretty good deal to me!

(to be fair, i found mine in the basement and they had been sitting for a few years, but these are still the same speakers in the link, and i assume they have only improved sense these ones were bought!)

should come with everything except optical stuff as this is for analog setups.

Schiit Fulla is not going to be needed as a amp is built into the z506

For something that is better than integrated speakers that sounds just decent, Staples has some that are $10 that work well and don't sound absolutely terrible. I'd put them between free earbuds and $15 dollar headphones.
