Graphics card performing poorly

I benched my AMD rx 480 8gb using userbenchmark and it performed poorly, only getting 18th percentile. I don’t know what’s the problem, I don’t think my cpu is bottlenecking it, but I’ll list my specs below:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1400 overclocked to 3.8 ghz (81.7%)

GPU: RX 480 8gb CLim: 1266 mhz MLim: 2000mhz Driver 17.1.1 (58.6%)

Ram: Crucial Sport LT DDR4 2667 MHz clocked at 1333mhz. (50%)

Mobo: MSI b350m Bazooka

Edit: here’s the link to the bench - userbenchmark.com/UserRun/7427152

I’d compare with similar hardware if I were you, could be software or something a tad more sinister (if the gap is very noticeable with similar specced systems etc)

My PC (Known as TRX):

—CPU: TR 1900X

—Ram: 16GB Corsair Dom Plats "ROG Edition"

—Graphics: GTX 1080 Ti FTW3

—Motherboard: Asrock X399 Taichi

—Storage: 512GB Sabrent Rocket, 2.5TBs HDD

—CPU Cooling: Cooler Master ML360 TR4 RGB Edition

—Case: Cooler Master Cosmos C700P

—PSU: Corsair AX860

480 @ 1266Mhz is a midd range overclock. Many people can archive 1400Mhz or more if silicon lottery smiles at you.

Since this benchmark doesn't say what clock archived each score, one could asume you are in the lesser percentile due to you clock settings.

Anyway it's not "poor" performance. If you read the scale on the site, it's "average".

Poor would be 54% and below. Dont get too stressed about synthetical scores. Ryzen 1400 is not int the Gaming podium, it could be a ever so slight bottleneck or as i mentioned before the current core clock.
