4gb 960 Equihash and Power Consumption? Should I buy for Minning?

In your experience what kinds of numbers will I see with a 4gb 960 in terms of Equihash Sol/s and Power usage? I can get one used working condition for $40, is that a good deal?

I would guess around 160 sol/s and less than 120w if you optimize.
