yes but not for the OG cost.

Good luck, Have fun, Build PC, and have a last gen console for use once a year. I should answer most of the time between 9 to 3 PST

I think yes, though I mean eventually they should make a new one. I don't know that enough time has passed that they can justify having released a new server right now. It's only been 6 years. (If the last one was 2012.) I don't know what Microsoft could have added but I also don't have insider information. 

 

Maybe by 2020 they should have a new server NOS out.

There's no way they will: it's not at all in their focus. Consumer is for 100% cloud moving forward and business / enterprise are being pushed in that direction over the next 5-10 years.
