Help whid overclocking :D

yo.

i have an Intel Core i5 4690 1150 processor whid a Msi z97k Gaming 3 motherboard and i want to overclock my processor.

YES!!! i now its a non-k processor but i now i can get it from 3.5 to 3.9MHz.

If someone have any ide on how to do it (chalenge to lines :D ) i wood likw it :D

Only hope would be a baseclock boost from 100 MHz to ~112 MHz.  I'm doubtful you will be able to get that stable but that would do the trick.
