(Help) Microsoft Application

Does anyone know the application.. "Microsoft _____"

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it.

 

What it would do is basically install anything you needed on your server.

Need PHP stuff for your IIS server, select version of php and bam.

Need ODBC drivers for your MySQL, Its got them.

There's chocolatey.org for deploying PHP, if you want something more in depth maybe SCCM?
