RX470 way underperfoming

Pizzapaz001

As of late my fps has dropped compared to what it used to be before. I used to have fps very similar to this video:

But recently with the same settings used in this video  (which are the same settings I used when I still got high fps) I don't even get a stable 30 fps. Using msi afterburner I saw that the GPU is at 100% at all times during gaming while the processor doesn't go much higher than 45%. I have not overclocked this graphics card.

These are the parts I got:

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V with bios version 2104

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770k OC at 4,5GHz

Ram: 2 sticks of 4GB ddr3 Kingston hyperX genesis gray series 1866mhz

Graphics card: xfx Rx 470 black edition 4gb

Monitor: LG 29UM68-P 2560x1080

Thanks for any help in advance!

First of all I want to say that I do not have any experience and I'm just searching on other topics to look for solutions.

- In this same Topic it was fixed by reinstalling windows but that I would look to some other options first because a full reinstall is the worst thing to do :/

- Another fix that helped someone with a rx 480 (only use if u had an old nvidia GPU):

Remover all your drivers (Nvidia from the old GPU and AMD from the new one) with DDU:

install AMD Drivers only.

My own build: RΛZΞR theme

CPU: Intel Core i5 7600K // CPU cooler: Cryorig H7 // Motherboard: MSI Z270 gaming pro carbon //

Video Card: MSI Armor gtx 1070 OC 8GB // RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz //

SSD: Samsung EVO 960 500GB // HDD: 2x WD yellow edition 2TB //

Case: NZXT H440 RAZER edition // Power Supply: Corsair RM550x //

Operating Software: Windows 10 pro 64-bit
