To be or not to be?

RGProductions

Clickbait aside, I wonder if I sould upgrade to the Qnix QX2710. 1440p100hz on a near IPS panel is nice is nice to me. I have many to condider though. Firstly, would I run it in the middle and my two 1080p ones on the side?  Or do I sell the 1080p ones and nearly break even on cost? Another concern is driving games. though I dont game much anymore, what games I couldn't run at 1440p I'm already having to run at 720, so not much of a difference. What would you do in my position?

1) Having a 1440p monitor compared to a 1080p screen is wonderous.

2) Having more than 1 monitor helps massively when it comes to any amounts of multitasking.

... don't sell your other monitors if you don't have to. I have 2 1080p monitors on the sides and 1 1440p monitor in the center for the past 2 years and the center monitor is obviously the main point of focus. The side monitors are used for hardware monitoring software/voice chat as well as music and internet browsing or other games that are able to be ran on the side of a main game.

I already own two 1080p monitors. They would all not match, and they would all be differnt sizes panels and refresh rates. My real issue is if I even should, considering my lack of gaming

Well are the two 1080p monitors the same panels, if not then probably not. If they are the same then I think it'd look fine with the 1440p in the middle. And if you should is up to you (I hate that answer too I'm horrible at decisions)

I would, but I need a bigger desk. Which I want anyway, but still.

Like what?

A better monitor. There's quite a few AOC ones that are quite cheap, and offer better spec.
