Merge multi ISO into a single Ext HDD

I wondering can I merge multi ISO into a single Ext HDD. If can, please show me how to do it.

are you trying to run multiple operating systems on the same HDD?

Yes, and some software like Dban, memory diagnose and other. But I am more focusing on Dban and others, the operating system will be minor.

so you're trying to make a bootable flash drive? not actually a harddrive right?  kinda like a custom Hirens or MediCat?
