Screw lost in psu help needed

Go to solution Solved by Lethal Seraph,

I wouldn't turn that thing on til you find that screw. It might short the board and start a fire.

Hi all,

I was turning my PSU upside down and I saw a screw loose inside and I tried to get it to come out only to have it get stuck somewhere. I ended up taking the PSU apart but I cannot find it (The PSU is second hand so the waranty does not matter).

What do you guys suggest I do? Should I just turn it on and try it? Would that be very risky for my cpu or any other components other than my PSU?

thanks in advance for your responses,

Jared
