Hey guys I'm looking for a pc build with a monitor, gtx 1070 ,keyboard, mice, and Windows 10 operator. Im in the US and i prefer it not to go over 1500 make it as low as possible but without sacrificing the quality of the pc parts. Thanks ! Also I would like the monitor to be 144hz 1080p 24" something like the Asus VG.

what do you mainly want to do on this computer. seems like gaming based on monitor choice but i want to ask to make sure.

I like this build however where is the mice, keyboard,  and operator? That's going to add about 100+ in dollars. Also I'm New to building pcs so I don't think a micro tax build will be the way to go since everything is so compact. Anyone got suggestions? Also I prefer the Windows 10 to be legally  bought and activated. I am a student so maybe I can get some good discounts.

I tried to match the color of each part so it's now black and white, but you can probably save a few dollars if you don't care about that.

 

Maybe you can get a better deal on the OS and save a few dollars? I don't know.

 

As for keyboard, I don't know whether you have your own preference, like membrane keyboard or mechanical keyboard, switch type, backlight color etc. Same for the mouse, since there are varying shapes, lights and texture of them. That's why I left them out.
