Upgrading an old potato prebuilt

Hi, I have an old prebuilt potato pc and i wanna upgrade it as much as possible and do some gaming. Here's the mighty potato: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c02020733
What do you guys recommend me upgrade to and squeeze every little performance out of it. What can I expect? (i'm only looking to upgrade cpu +cooler, ram and gpu.

Max RAM you can have (according to the website) is 4GB, so already you are not going to get much.

On the power supply you could run a gtx 1050 maybe. But even then your ram and cpu would hold you back.

 

Recommendation: Buy a new (or build) computer.

Tbh a Q6600 is the only upgrade that would probably be possible.

I mean you can easily get a 6950 or something like that in your budget but then the PSU would likely blow up, which isn't ideal...

I'm not looking to play the newest titles by the way. I'll play cs go, l4d2, stalker call of pripyat maybe something a little more demanding than that but not much. I do want 1080p and somewhat stable 60fps tho.
