Overclocking monitor to 75hz DP>HDMI

GraphXx

Hello

I have 1 HDMI port on graphics card, and rest are DP. I also have 2x Samsung LS22E391H screens.
Max native resolution is 1920x1080 60hz, but I oced one to 75hz and it works for 2 years perfectly. (HDMI>HDMI)
The problem appears when I connect 2nd monitor with adapter from DP from to HDMI on monitor. All works fine with 60hz but when I try to overclock, it views incorrectly.
Would I need special adapter for that? I think those cables should be able to transfer this much data without hesitation.
Or do i need to change monitors to those with DP/graphics card to have 2x hdmi?

Graphics card GTX 980
Windows 10

Regards

I can't use images :(
