Pc wont turn on

help me i just finished building my pc,but when i pres the power button it wont turn on,its kinda turn on the light comes one and the fan start and then it stopped and go off,pls help anyone

first it looks like a jungle there. a little cable management =) 

 

then on the case connectors, did you solder a cable onto the mobo? looks like it bottom right.

Firstly refit your 24 pin, 8 pin and cpu fan pin, as well as your ram. if that doesnt work, try taking out the ram and switching on, if u hear a beep, its good. then try switching ram slots

Else try resetting bios, bridging (with smthing metal) the cmos jumpers, you'll find that in the motherboard's manual or u can use google images to find it.

Try install the RAM in another slot.
