If you don't mind, resetting your BIOS may give an easy quick fix. Remove CMOS battery and reinsert.

Hey guys just took apart my pc today and rebuilt it to do a deep clean, i turned the pc on it went on for half a second then turned off, after that happened i could press the power button again and it turns on please help!

You could always double check everything. Unless you have some really complex BIOS settings you don't want to lose, resetting it shouldn't be an issue.

Check everything again, enable fast boot possibly.
