$800~ Build Help

I am looking for a build that is around the $800 mark (+/- $100) that includes ram, mobo, and CPU. This is only for gaming and minor things such as school work. I play mostly CS:GO, PubG, Rust, RL, Dayz, Arma 3, and other games like those. I prefer a Nvidia graphics card and Intel, but I can be persuaded by a AMD build seeing as they are on the come up. Thanks much in advance!

I only need a mobo, RAM, CPU, and GPU. I have every other necessary part. Thanks so much for the build though.

This seems like a pretty solid build, though I'm not too sure about the motherboard.

Get a 980 ti, it can give the same performance as the 1070 and be $100-$50 cheaper-

You can probably get a better deal than this, but this one seems decent.
