Do you knwo this Programm? [PIng/Latency -Programm]

Hey Community,

I recently build my PC and all works fine, but I got one thing I cant understand which software is causing this :

I closed all software that should cause this, but it did not fix it....

Hopefully someone knows this software and can help me :P

Looks like Overwatch's built in network graph. Ctrl+Shift+N should toggle it based on this.

It was a Overwatch Setting...which I had to fix by editing the Settings file in Overwatch>Settinggs>(File) . I had to set the Show Network Graph to 0 ...

 

Sorry never seen this in OVerwatch so far....
