Why not gift it to a friend you'd like to play with?

That was my first thought, they all have it already. Asked a couple people they were like i prob wont play that much, cos they play on console. they said sell it.

technically it is against the TOS to put it on eBay. How much do you want for it? PM me.

I'm not sure resale of these keys is still possible, at least from Nvidia:

Quote

Q: Why is GeForce Experience required to redeem a coupon code received along with a GPU purchase?
Game coupon codes offered as part of a qualifying GPU or PC purchase are intended for use by the purchaser. As part of the coupon redemption process, NVIDIA uses GeForce Experience to perform a hardware verification step to ensure the coupon code is redeemed on the system with the qualifying GPU.

From http://www.geforce.com/redeem-faq

From that wording, it sounds like it might work if the person who bought your code also had a GTX 1060, but I'm not sure if it just looks at the model of card or what. If the stated objective is to prevent others from using your code, the check might be more substantial than that.
