ALLEGED Ryzen 1950X Geekbench result

Read the article, now I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but the single core result looks too high for that clock (3.39GHz), whilst the multicore result looks too damn low for a 32-thread beast. This can't be real, can it? Or am I missing something here?

Ryzen Threadripper 1950X score 4216/24723

Ryzen 7 1800X @ 3.60GHz score 4208/23188

Intel Core i7-7700K @ 4.20GHz score 5806/19942
