Computer monitor showing lines suddenly?

Go to solution Solved by carmichael_12,

cant even get into bios while using that monitor just green lines all over, using different monitor right now on same pc no issue, tried different cable with the monitor with the lines , still no change. Also tried  A vga cable to make sure it wasnt the port on the monitor.

This is my set up https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/p7dg6h
I left for dinner ate and came back to my main monitor showing this

and this is how it is all connected on IO

The hdmi cable is the main monitor
when the hdmi cable is removed my secondary monitor running off of the DVI works.
i tried a different cable but same result.
Anyone have any ideas whats going on?

well, seems like its the monitor if it does that even during post. how does it look like in bios? but ive seen situations like this where it could be the cable as well, does jiggling the display cable make a difference or that patterns remain the same?

Hopefully your monitor is still under warranty. I had that myself on an LG and they replaced it.
