Is this CPU/MOBO/RAM good?

I saw a post for 385 canadian dollars on craigslist for an MSI GD45 PLUS x79, i7 3820, 16 GB of hyperx ram, and a noctua cooler. I also saw a 110 Xeon e5-2670, I want to get both and sell the 3820 later for like 70-80. I get that the single core isn't very good on the e5 2670 but I want it for rendering, video editing, folding, and CPU OBS encoding.

It kinda depends on where you live though in Montreal or Toronto i Imagine 340-350 would be fine but if you live in like timmens the you'll probaly be able to get it for 300

350$ where i'm at is a fair price, i don't know elsewhere...but anywhere between 320$ and 360$ i'd say is a fair deal if you need a good base for a new machine.

FX-8350 is MUCH worse than i7-3820 mate...i know, i had one...it's aweful...outdated...and slow...

i would MUCH rather spend the money on the intel kit.

even an i5-2500 is better than an AMD FX kit if you ask me.
