it was a troll they did

its impossible to go down less than the room temperature. unless you get extreme cooling like the stage 1 cooler linus did or liquid nitrogen that i think is stage 3

Just out of curiosity, can  "windchill factor" play a part?

I'm not saying it could cool it below room temperature, in all honesty I'm not sure - but is anyone else sure of the answer?

Is it actually possible to cool something below room temperature using a "windchill effect"? (you'll probably notice I know very little about windchill...)

Just looked into windchill factor, there's a plausible explanation on this "Wikipedia" page - ans yes, Wikipedia is not a great source for knowledge, but it's a plausible explanation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind_chill

For those who don't want to read the explanation - no matter what the speed of the air is, using dry air an object cannot be cooled lower than room temperature.

Watch to the end of the video, he explains it was faked and it was a joke

Even then, is this possible to get to at least -20?

The geek himself.

Unfortunately, no. It would have to bend physics to do that.

The only way of dropping your cpu below ambient temps is to phase change, or liquid nitrogen.

Linus done a sub zero video and cited the 20 fan video as bs

i can't remember if it was the Phase Change build or the bong cooling video
