First off, regarding CS:GO performance and GPU, it doesn't matter. CS:GO is heavily CPU dependant. 

 

And at what resolution you need GTA V @ 60fps ?

i want 1080p and i know that cs is all CPU idk why i asked about cs lol

At 1080p RX 480/580 will suffice.

Indeed the GTX 1070 or wait for Vega are your best alternatives.
